Return and Refund Policy

We want your izerbits equipment to arrive as described and suitable for your workflow.

Requesting a return

Contact jaskonisgood@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, reason and photos when relevant. Items should be unused, complete and safely packed with original accessories.

Inspection and refund

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item is defective, incorrect or local law requires otherwise.

Damage or incorrect item

If the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, contact us before use. We will review the evidence and provide return or replacement instructions.

Exclusions

Returns may be refused for damage caused by misuse, unsafe installation, modification, normal wear or missing parts. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
